General Policies
Visits by Appointment
In order to plan enough time for all patients and scheduled surgeries, we work exclusively by appointment.

For your convenience, you can also use our in-house consultation service. This service allows you to drop off your pet at the clinic at the time that suits you best.
Smooth Visit
We strive to make each visit as pleasant as possible for each of our patients, and to achieve this we need your collaboration.

The cat must always be kept
in a cage until the veterinarian is ready to examine it.
​
The dog, for the same reasons, must always be kept on a leash even if it travels in a carrier.
On-call Patient Safety
For the safety of all our patients, we require that basic vaccinations be updated before any boarding or hospitalization for a routine procedure.
​
The objective is above all to protect your animal against certain highly contagious viral infections which are frequent in hospitals.
Payment of Fees
No credit can be accepted. Full payment of fees is required at the time the services are rendered.

During hospitalization, boarding or in-house consultation service, we will ask you for a deposit of around 75% to 100% of the total estimated fees.
​
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac or cash.
Financial Plan
We are happy to offer our clients a financing plan.
​
​This financing plan will allow you to spread the payment of your bill over several months in equal instalments.
​
This service is offered to you in collaboration with Accord D of Desjardins. To take advantage of it, you must of course qualify with Desjardins by completing an online application, right here at the clinic.

All staff members are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied each time you visit us. If you are completely satisfied with the services received, we would be grateful if you would refer us to your relatives and friends.
