General Policies

To help you plan for your appointment, here are a few important policies:

Visits by appointment and cancellation policy

In order to allow for enough time for all patients and scheduled surgeries, we work exclusively by appointment.

To make sure every patient has access to the necessary care, we require a 24h notice for consultation appointment cancellations, 48h for behaviour appointment cancellations and 1 week for surgery appointment cancellations. In the absence of the required notice, a cancellation fee will be applied.

Smooth Visit

We strive to make each visit as pleasant and stress free as possible for each one of our patients. Cats must be kept in their carriers and dogs on a leash until they’re in the appointment room. Our staff will let you know when it is safe to let them out, enabling them to explore the environment until the veterinarian’s arrival.

Patient Safety

For the safety of all our patients, we require that basic vaccinations be up to date prior to boarding or hospitalization for a routine procedure.

The main objective is to protect all our patients against certain highly contagious viral infections, frequently present in hospitals.

Payments

We do not offer credit plans. Full payment of fees is required at the time the services are rendered.

For hospitalization, boarding or in-house consultation service, we require a deposit of around 75% to 100% of the total estimated fees.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac or cash

Client Satisfaction

All staff members are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied each time you visit us. If you are completely satisfied with the services received, we would be grateful if you would refer us to your relatives and friends.

If, on the other hand, you are not entirely satisfied, for whatever reason, please call Dre Astrid Pacher to let her know your comments.
